06-22-2017: Dr. Adrian Keppler was appointed as the CEO of EOS GmbH

He took over the reins from the company’s founder - Dr. Hans J Langer

On June 22, 2017, EOS has appointed Dr. Adrian Keppler to the position of CEO and Speaker of Corporate Management. The position was handed to the company’s founder - Dr. Hans J Langer, who took over duties of CEO & Chairman of the whole EOS Group.

EOS is a family-owned business, founded by Dr. Langer in 1989. Although it started with manufacturing and selling SLA-based machines, the company has developed a reputation for metal and polymer industrial 3D printing.

Keppler has been associated with EOS since 2010 as managing director. He spent 2.5 years as the company’s CEO, being replaced by the current CEO - Marie Langer, privately the daughter of Hans Langer. Keppler returned to the role of managing director, eventually parting ways with EOS in March 2021.

Since then, as a valued specialist and manager, he has served on the directors boards of a number of companies, including Roboze and Velo3D.
