The situation is simple: I know guys at nPower Technology (with whom I’ve been collaborating for some time now, but in completely different areas), as well as certain people at Autodesk. In fact, the described collaboration was initiated by me. So when they finally managed to formalize it—both technologically and officially—I simply wrote about it, because in some tiny way I was part of this process.
I can understand the disappointment with the quality or topic—I always try to write each article as well as I can, so yeah, criticsm taken. But the truth is, I'm not on the payroll of either nPower Technology or Autodesk, and I didn’t invoice anyone for this article (so no one paid me for it).
