Was there ever a chance that Rosatom would invest USD 65 mln for a 50 percent stake? The deadline for agreement in this investment was till end of December, the war started 2 months later. Were the talks already dead before the invasion of Ukraine and the Russians had seen through the treachery of Olsztyn cowboys or was Rosatom blind and stupid to invest in this Company. Zortrax informed of talks being anulled only 2 months past deadline. A lesson for foreign investors though, Don't invest on banana Exchanges where a Dell affair has no consequences. In US, these renegades could have been locked up for 10 years. In Poland, they might, just might have got a slap on the wrist. If it's harsher, they buy a one way ticket to Israel where there is no extradition:) BTW, Was it Matasiak that received an award from President Duda himself: ) So touching.
Good to know but I'll never understand why Zortrax has a communications team that releases information with massive delay and very economically. Maybe that incompetence filters down from the top - Fish does rot from the head isn't it.

Rosatom deal was on table. But so was... Formlabs. There were many unused chances and opportunities.
