Who we are
The 3D Printing Journal is published by a Polish family-owned company. Our family editorial team has been covering the additive manufacturing industry for more than a decade.
Pawel Slusarczyk: founder and editor-in-chief. An AM writer, analyst and consultant specialising in 3D printing for over ten years.
Some say that in 2024 he changed the narrative around the AM industry and popped the rosy bubble a lot of people were living in. He is a fierce industry insider who writes what others would rather keep quiet.
His journey began in January 2013, when he founded Centrum Druku 3D (”3D Printing Center”), the largest and longest-running additive manufacturing portal in Poland, the third longest-running in Europe, fifth in the world.
Over the years his work in AM has included organising trade shows and conferences (among them the world’s first poll awarding the best companies and products in 3D printing, 2014–2019), co-creating Poland’s first bioprinter, SKAFFOSYS, developing the world’s first biodegradable material based on wheat bran and building an advertising stand (ECO POS) made entirely from that material.
He also documents the history of the AM industry and has written books about it.
Anna Slusarczyk: vice-president of COLORISED, the company behind The 3D Printing Journal, and in the industry since mid-2014.
Co-founder and former vice-president of the Polish 3D Printing Industry Association, and co-founder and vice-president of the e-Nable Poland Foundation, which makes free hand and forearm prostheses for children and adults.
Earlier she spent over a decade as a design engineer and production manager in industrial manufacturing and in dietary-supplement production. In 2018–2019 she was one of the co-creators of the SKAFFOSYS 3D bioprinter.
She holds a Master of Engineering from the Lodz University of Technology (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Turbomachinery).
Roksana Slusarczyk: daughter of Pawel and Anna, and in the industry since late 2025 as a contributor and journalist at VoxelMatters.
